RETURNS
Not into it? All good... its bigger den we.
We'll take returns within 14 days of delivery. Item's gotta be unworn, unwashed, tags still on — basically how it left us.
How it works
Email welder@steezefactory.co.uk with your order number and what's coming back.
We'll send you a returns address — don't just post it back blind.
Pack it up properly. We're not responsible for stuff that gets lost or trashed on the way back to us.
Once it lands and checks out, refund goes back to your original payment method. Give it 5–10 days to show up.
Who pays for the return?
You do — unless we sent you the wrong thing or it turned up faulty. If we messed up, we cover it, no question.
Faulty or wrong item?
Hit us up straight away — welder@steezefactory.co.uk — photo of the issue helps us sort it faster. We'll replace, refund, or fix it depending on what's actually possible.
Limited drops / one-offs
Some pieces are one run, no restock. If it's final sale, we'll say so on the product page — those aren't returnable unless faulty. Worth reading before you buy.
Exchanges
We don't do direct swaps right now. Return it, then just cop the size/colour you actually want while stock lasts.
